本案尊重場地精神，結合福州的歷史底蘊與文化內核，賦予項目新功能。作為傳統民宅聚落的組成部分，設計以情感為連接點，從老宅現狀出發，保持地方建築風格多樣性與真實性。

融入建築本身設計概念，將此藝術店與本館建築相互呼應，利用單一元素堆疊方式創造出商店空間，並藉可移動的展示懸臂結構，突破空間界線，讓顧客在此穿梭，發現更多可能性。
由藝術工作室、商店和辦公室組成的複合空間，以兩大量體圍繞基地，形成開放式庭院，並透過相連的多層次露臺，與既有樹木交織，創造與自然景觀無縫共存的建築空間，猶如城市綠洲。
以一紙閱時光貫通設計脈絡，拓展空間藝術邊界，可引導人們知覺、想像和情感體驗，靜閱時光，詩意地棲居在這大地上。

重建一個坐落於原址的內接待中心，將原始格局轉為概念靈感，重置其開口大小與比例，重複運用兩個對開的門扇連接每個空間與中心，產生一種敞開房門的迎賓溫度。
Inspired by historic shophouses, House of Madison is a concept showroom reimagined as a multi-purpose social venue. A street-level gallery features a sculptural staircase that leads to a lavish residential space, where bronze mesh arches delineate intimate spaces. From generous dining and kitchen areas, to a lounge and dressing room, each zone is tailored to showcase the refined product collection on display.
電影世界的黑白印象–黑白陰陽，相映而生，光影交匯，演繹極致印象。
傾斜交錯的白色幾何體置於大堂空間中，或交疊、或穿插、有些甚至以扭曲的姿態呈現，仿佛電影故事中。
