春生生成功詮釋景觀(landscape)與建築(architecture)互依互存的共生都市美學,就像從土地長出來那麼的自然,低調而謙卑地在都市紋理中相互依存。
Dirty Trunk is a F&B cultural destination with a unique blend of American steampunk and casual farmhouse dining concept. As Dirty Trunk’s concept is a large-scale casual dining, the architecture highlights the high-ceiling open space in the middle of the warehouse, which seamlessly integrates the different sections in the space.

Film directors have used megaphones to communicate with their cast and crew on sets where it was hard to hear. The megaphone became an iconic clichéd symbol of a movie director. The designers were inspired by these cone-shaped object and have thus developed various functional objects that are placed within the interior to echo with the ‘megaphone’ theme, e.g. seatings at the arrival lobby, light features in the auditorium and washbasins in the washroom.
The colors originate from the contrasting nature of colors in negative film; film – the cinematic connection. The idea incorporates family friendly and fully functional playground inspired design. Children & adults are encouraged to come and interact with and have fun in this playground before and after the movies.
The design was inspired by the complementary colours used in negative film. We came up with this design concept also because of the low budget. This way we can rely on the colour contrast which won’t necessarily require expensive materials, yet still can create strong visual impact. The lobby red and white meant to be a Georges Rousse-style optical illusion when looked at from a certain angle. This is especially difficult to achieve for our project because so much coordination is involved.

The Commons Saladaeng is innovative urban lifestyle architecture, well rooted in its local context with a sense of place. Its small red pitch roofs pay homage to forgotten history of the neighborhood. The building façade forms a concave curve emphasizing a century-old tree anchoring the building to the street. The building middle volume carved out as a large open-air space functions as a neighborhood living area suitable for Bangkok tropical climate, adaptable to the life of the community.
